WJTC Update 8/17/21

Aloha WJTC members. Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in our community, the board made the decision that masks will be MANDATORY for ALL participants regardless of vaccination status. If you would like to withdraw from the club, please contact Lori Kinoshita via email at wjtc411@gmail.com. The board is still unsure when WJTC practice will begin. We will be monitoring positivity rates, case counts, CDC guidelines, and State and County mandates to help inform when it is safe to begin. Please keep checking the website by noon on Sundays for the latest update regarding the start of practice.

WJTC Update for Week of 8/16/21-8/20/21

Aloha WJTC Members –

Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, WJTC will be postponing the start of practice. Practice will NOT begin as scheduled (8/16 for M/W/F juniors and 8/17 for T/Th juniors). Please check this website for weekly updates. Notices will be posted every Sunday by noon. THE MANDATORY PARENT’S MEETING WILL BE HELD 8/5/21 AT WELLS PARK TENNIS COURTS. STARTING DATES ARE TENTATIVE DEPENDENT UPON COVID-19 RULES AND RESTRICTIONS.

  • August 5, 2021 5:00 p.m. – Mandatory Parent’s Meeting at Wells Park Tennis Courts
  • August 10, 2021 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. – New player and Tuesday/Thursday juniors player assessment at Wells Park Tennis Courts
  • August 12, 2021 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. – Registration forms and fees DUE
  • TENTATIVE: August 16, 2021 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. – First day of practice for Monday/Wednesday/Friday juniors
  • TENTATIVE: August 17, 2021 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. – First day of practice for Tuesday/Thursday juniors
